CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) unit, Extra Space Asia, entered into a strategic partnership with Japanese self-storage provider Ambitious Co., to expand its presence across the country, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Through the partnership, ESA will acquire four storage facilities in Osaka and plans to acquire two more facilities located in Tokyo in 2025.
