Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) has used 1,951 of its treasury shares for its employee share schemes, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the transaction, OCBC's treasury shares decreased to about 15,617,168 from 15,619,119, accounting for a 0.3471% of its total outstanding shares.
The value of the treasury shares used amounted to SG$26,307.
