Victoria's Secret (VSCO) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net loss late Thursday of $0.50 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.86 per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.62.
Net sales for the quarter ended Nov. 2 rose to $1.35 billion from $1.27 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.29 billion.
For fiscal Q4, the company expects an adjusted net income per share of $2 to $2.30. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.09. The company said it expects net sales for the quarter to increase about 2% to 4% year over year.
Victoria's Secret expects net sales for the fiscal year 2024 to increase about 1% to 2% year over year, versus a 1% decline projected previously.
