TT International Limited (SGX:T09) has extended its moratorium and amended its restructuring scheme following creditor approval to adjourn the scheme general meeting to a date on or before Jan. 24, 2025, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company also obtained a court adjournment for its December 2023 extension application and amendment application to Feb. 6, 2025.
Trading in TT International's shares has been suspended since August 2017. The company cautioned there is no certainty on the completion of the new loan or scheme.
