Key Coffee (TYO:2594) recorded a profit attributable to owners of the parent of 363 million yen for the six months ended Sept. 30, 53.8% lower than 786 million yen logged for the same period a year ago.
The company's basic earnings per share for the reporting period decreased to 16.98 yen from 36.72 yen per share a year ago, according to a delayed last Thursday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.
Net Sales of the coffee company came in at 38.7 billion yen, 3.3% higher than 37.5 billion yen a year earlier.
The company recommended an interim dividend of 6.0 yen per share for the reporting period, lower than 7.0 yen per share from the previous fiscal year.
It forecasted an attributable profit of 500 million yen or 23.35 yen per share, net sales of 74 billion yen, and a final dividend of 6.0 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
