HDB prices in Singapore were up 10.4% year over year in November and 0.9% month over month, the Singapore Business Review reported Wednesday, citing data from SRX and 99.co.
Prices for all room types were up year over year with three-room flats up 11.2%, 4-room flats up 10.8%, 5-room flats up 9.2% and executive flats up 5.1%, according to the report.
However, resale volume dropped 8.7% year over year and 9.6% month over month with 1,951 transactions taking place in November, the report noted.
