Vodafone Group (VOD) said Wednesday it is selling its remaining 3% stake in India's Indus Towers.
The telecom group is offering 79.2 million shares through an accelerated book build offering, the company said. Proceeds from the sale will be primarily used to repay $101 million in debt secured against its Indian assets, it added.
Vodafone's shares were up 0.3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
