Indian IT services major Infosys (NSE:INFY, BOM:500209) said its wholly-owned subsidiary Skava Systems has been voluntarily liquidated, effective Nov. 14, according to a Thursday filing to the stock exchanges.
The liquidation follows an order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Division Bench - 1, Chennai, India.
