Flux Power CEO to Retire, Search for Successor Underway

The chief executive and chairman of Flux Power Holdings intends to retire when the company finds his successor.

The maker of lithium-ion batteries said Thursday that Ron Dutt plans to leave after 12 years at the helm, the company said.

The board has engaged a prominent search firm to find Flux Power's next chief executive.
