Tuan Sing Holdings (SGX:T24) has acquired several assets from Senimba Bay Resort in Batam, Indonesia, for SG$26.6 million, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deal includes the Ferry Terminal at Jalan Raya Marina City (SG$3.8 million), four hectares of land adjacent to the terminal (SG$4.3million), and 74 hectares at Marina City (SG$15.6million).
Other acquisitions include 2.8 hectares at Ocean Park Residential Estate (SG$2.6 million), six shophouses (SG$327,510), seven terrace houses (SG$127,625), and a 15.65% stake in PT Hean Yi Marina Perkasa (SG$1.24 million).
