The Hong Kong high court ordered the withdrawal of a winding-up petition against China Ecotourism Group (HKG:1371) on Wednesday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The lottery system company was slapped with the petition in July over an alleged non-payment of HK$154.2 million in bonds plus accrued interest.
