IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) disclosed that Northern TK Venture, an indirect subsidiary, is involved in a legal dispute before the Tokyo District Court against Daiichi Sankyo (TYO:4568), according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The case pertains to a claim filed by Northern TK Venture regarding a transaction with Daiichi Sankyo.
The parties presented their arguments during a hearing on Nov. 7, where Daiichi Sankyo's response was submitted to the court. The next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 13, 2025.
