CSMall (HKG:1815) subsidiary Shenzhen Guojintongbao will sell a 51% stake in Shenzhen Xiansheng Zhanggui Technology to Shanghai Xinding Metallic Materials for 300,000 yuan.
Once completed, Shanghai Xinding Metallic Materials will hold a 51% stake in Xiansheng Zhanggui Technology, which is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSMall and China Silver Group (HKG:0815), according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Shenzhen Xiansheng Zhanggui Technology controls the operations of Jiangsu Nongmuren, the fresh food segment of CSMall, the filing said.
Shares in CSMall fell 1% during Wednesday's trading.
