ESR-LOGOS REIT (SGX:J91U) said its preferential offering, part of a larger funding plan for acquisitions in Japan and Singapore, was 93.9% subscribed, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The REIT issued 289.2 million new units, raising SG$88.2 million. The offering was partially oversubscribed, with 257.1 million units allocated to excess applications.
The proceeds, along with funds from the issuance of Ivanhoe Consideration Units and perpetual securities, totaled SG$194 million, sufficient to finance the Japan and Singapore acquisitions approved at an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 9.
