IHH Healthcare (KLSE:IHH, SGX:Q0F) said its unit Pantai completed its first issuance of the Islamic commercial paper (ICP) and Islamic medium notes under the Sukuk Programs worth an aggregate 4 billion ringgit.
The issue forms part of the larger 15 billion ringgit Sukuk Wakalah program set up by the company, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
The healthcare company's ICPs have tenure of 364 days, and issued at 1 billion ringgit nominal value under private placement.
Meanwhile, 2 billion ringgit worth of Islamic medium-term bonds with a term of two years, and its 1 billion ringgit notes with a three-year tenure were issued, it noted.
