HS Optimus (SGX:504) has extended the exclusivity period for a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Fathom Lincoln regarding the development of its Lincoln Square Property in Carlton, Victoria, Australia, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
With an original expiry date of Aug. 1, the formal documentation period has now been extended to May 31, 2025.
The companies aim to finalize legal documentation to facilitate collaboration for obtaining planning permits and exploring the development of purpose-built student accommodation.
