Monopar Therapeutics (MNPR) said Monday that it priced its best efforts public offering of common shares at $16.25 per share for total proceeds of about $19.2 million.
The company expects to close the offering on Wednesday and said proceeds will be used for general working capital.
Monopar Therapeutics shares were down more than 4% premarket Tuesday.
