rise 17.3% to $160.61
** CVLT raises annual revenue forecast between $952 mln and $957 mln, up from its prior expectations of $915 mln to $925 mln
** Expects Q3 revenue between $243 mln and $247 mln, the mid-point of which is slightly above analysts' average estimate of $243.9 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Co's Q2 revenue up 16% YoY at $233.3 mln, beating analysts' estimates of $220.8 mln
** Posts Q2 adj. EPS of 83 cents, also above estimates of 76 cents per share
** Up to last close, stock up ~72% YTD
