TeraWulf (WULF) said Friday it has completed its offering of $500 million of 2.75% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private placement.
In connection with the debt issuance, the company said it entered into capped call transactions with a cap price of $12.80 and repurchased $115 million of its shares.
