TalkMed Group (SGX:5G3) is currently in discussions with a group of individuals considering to acquire a stake in the company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Discussions are ongoing, however, there is no assurance whether any transaction will push through, the filing said.
Shares of the medical company surged over 12% in recent trading.
