Keong Hong (SGX:5TT) has requested a 60-day extension from the SGX RegCo for multiple reporting deadlines for FY24, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The property development company aims to delay the release of its unaudited full-year results to Jan. 28, 2025, from Nov. 29; the AGM to April 1, 2025, from Jan. 31, 2025; the FY24 annual report to March 17, 2025, from Jan. 16, 2025; and the FY24 sustainability report to April 1, 2025, from Jan. 31, 2025.
This request follows ACRA's findings of non-compliance with financial reporting standards in FY22, prompting the need to restate prior financials. The company will also seek an extension from ACRA to hold its AGM and file its annual return.
