Yongmao (SGX:BKX) closed its three-month Series 001 digital securities commercial paper on the SDAX platform, raising SG$4.1 million, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance, which began on Oct. 1, will see the Series 001 tokens listed on the SDAX platform. Executive and independent directors subscribed for SG$540,000, nearly 13.33% of the total issuance.
