Netjoy's (HKG:2131) chief financial officer, Lin Qian, resigned from his post to allot more time to his personal development, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Qian will stay with the company as an executive director and retain his other positions.
The online advertising services provider's shares fell nearly 5% on Tuesday's close.
