Fullerton, an investment manager that is an indirect subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, has disposed of 1,210,800 shares in Singapore Technologies Engineering S63
(ST Engineering) to the open market.
The disposal, which was conducted on Oct 3, netted the group $5.6 million, or $4.66 per share.
Following the disposal, Fullerton’s stake in ST Engineering now stands at 0.171%.
ST Engineering reported earnings of $336.5 million for 1HFY2024 ended June, a 20% y-o-y increase from the same period last year.
Shares in ST Engineering closed 4 cents higher, or up 0.86%, at $4.71 on Oct 9.
