Alset International (SGX:40V) completed the forfeiture and cancelation of its subsidiaries operating in the US and Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
SeDR Eit was forfeited by the Department of Assessments and Taxation of Maryland, US. The company had been dormant since 2019.
SeD Builder, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alset EHome, was cancelled.
Meanwhile, HWH World a dormant subsidiary incorporated in Singapore was also struck off from the register of companies of Singapore.
Alset eVehicle, had applied to strike its name off the register of the companies of Singapore, the filing showed.
