China National Culture Group (HKG:0745) has proposed to appoint Infinity CPA as its auditor for the year ending March 31, 2025, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
Shares of the company closed nearly 15% lower on Wednesday.
