Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) disposed 396,000 Up Fintech shares on the market for $3.6 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The group expects to make a gain of $600,000 from the disposal. The group plans to use the proceeds from the disposal for its general working capital and for any investment opportunities that come its way.
Shares of the smart home products and solutions provider closed over 37% higher on Wednesday.
