Dashan Education (HKG:9986) is proposing to issue up to HK$150 million worth of bonds to third-party investors, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The bonds will be issued in two series of 6% and 6.5% bonds maturing in four years and eight years, respectively.
The company plans to use proceeds from the proposed issue to develop its existing overseas education consulting service business, explore new business opportunities, and for general working capital.
Shares of the company closed over 2% lower on Tuesday.
