ST Engineering Wins 15-Year MRO Contract with Akasa Air

Singapore Technologies Engineering (SGX:S63) has secured a 15-year exclusive maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) contract with Akasa Air to provide MRO solutions for the LEAP-1B engines powering its Boeing 737 MAX fleet, according to a Thursday filing.

The agreement includes the first Performance Restoration Shop Visit (PRSV) service at ST Engineering's Singapore facility and covers Akasa Air's current fleet of 25 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, along with 201 additional deliveries over the next eight years.
