Nova Group (HKG:1360) expects the publication of its 2024 annual results to be delayed further as the company is still discussing the issues of the 'Disclaimer of Opinion' with its auditor.
Following the delay in annual results, the company's dispatch of the 2024 annual report to its shareholders, originally supposed to be dispatched on or before Oct. 31, may also be delayed, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The trading in the shares of the real estate company has been suspended since Oct. 3, 2023 and will remain suspended.
