CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) reported a loss attributable to the equity owners of 4.94 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, compared with a loss of 8.97 billion yuan in the prior-year period, according to an interim report filed with the Hong Kong Bourse on Friday.
Loss per share was 0.47 yuan, compared with 0.86 yuan a year ago.
The real estate company's revenue dropped 35.5% year over year to 20.21 billion yuan from 31.32 billion yuan.
