The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was down 0.7% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.8% higher.
Nomura Holdings (NMR) was excluded as bond manager for multiple Japanese yen bond deals after authorities found market rule breaches, Bloomberg reported, citing underwriter announcements. Nomura Holdings shares were down more than 3% premarket.
