The Oncology Institute (TOI) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Mihir Shah is leaving the organization to pursue other opportunities, effective Oct. 14.
The company said Rob Carter, currently senior vice president of finance, will succeed Shah as CFO. Carter was in charge of financial planning and analysis at Hoag Health System before joining The Oncology Institute, according to the company.
Shares of the company were down 1% in recent trading.
