Aspial Corp. (SGX:A30) launched and priced SG$31.0 million worth of 6.25% bonds due 2027 under the company's multicurrency medium term bonds program, after receiving a reverse enquiry interest from investors, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The bonds represent the additional notes that will be consolidated with the same tranche under the Series 4 of bonds.
The final aggregate principle amount of the Series 4 bonds will be SG$70.0 million, which will be issued Sept. 24.
The bonds will be issued on Sept. 24, the filing added.
