TalkMed Group (SGX:5G3) said that discussions regarding a potential acquisition of a stake in the company are ongoing, following an indication of interest received on April 6, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company did not disclose the potential buyer.
The board of directors cautioned that there is no assurance a transaction will occur and advised shareholders to refrain from actions that may negatively impact their interests.
Shares of the company jumped 3% in recent trade.
