China Environmental Energy Investment (HKG:0986) appointed Liu Jun as the chairperson of the board with effect from Friday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The appointment came in after the former chairperson Zhou Yaying was not re-elected by the board and resigned from her posts.
The Jewelry Manufacturer's shares closed nearly 6% lower on Friday.
