The China Securities Regulatory Commission fined Zhao Yuanjun, the former general manager of Everbright Securities (HKG:6178, SHA:601788), for 4.6 million yuan on suspected insider trading, The Paper reported Sept. 15.

The regulator also imposed a 10-year ban from the securities market on Zhao, according to the report.

An administrative penalty decision showed that Zhao traded stocks of Jiangxi Xingxing Technology (SHE:300256)) when the company was undergoing a major asset organization prior to the public disclosure of said information, The Paper wrote.
