Virscend Education (HKG:1565) appointed KTC Partners CPA as its auditor with effect from Sept. 14 and until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The appointment came following the resignation of Elite Partners as the auditors of the company.
The company's shares were down over 7% on Monday's close.
