Oracle Drops 1%, Hesai Gains 5%, Redwire Sinks 18%, Asana Plunges 28% After Thier Earnings Reports

Oracle reported disappointing quarterly results and gave a sales and profit forecast for the current quarter that fell short of analysts’ estimates. The shares dropped 1.2% in premarket trading Tuesday.

Asana shares plunged 27.6% in premarket trading Tuesday after the work management software company fell short with its outlook that was delivered alongside otherwise reasonable quarterly earnings. But it also announced that Chief Executive Dustin Moskovitz is retiring at the grand old age of 40, potentially raising questions about leadership of the 17-year-old company.

Redwire Corp., a space infrastructure company, saw its shares tumble 17.6% in premarket trading after reporting fourth-quarter results that fell short of analyst expectations.

Hesai Group shares gained 4.8% in premarket trading Tuesday. Hesai Group announced record-breaking financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2024, showcasing significant growth in lidar shipments and revenue. The company achieved a milestone as the first lidar company to report full-year non-GAAP net profits.
